Very happy with this purchase! This is the best square griddle pan that I've owned. Cooks evenly, washes up beautifully in the dishwasher, and has a very nice weight to it. Heavy enough to keep it flat on the stove, but not too heavy like a cast iron. Does french toast and grilled sandwiches perfectly, no need to keep doing quarter and half turns to make sure your bread is browning evenly, flip it once and perfect. I would highly recommend this product!

I needed to replace an old favorite griddle that I use for bacon, etc. because it was warped. This one is a very nice weight, with a great handle, and I know it'll serve me well for several years. I have many Cuisinart appliances and pans, so I trust their quality.

Pros: Lightweight, very good handle
Cons: not always non stick, very uneven heating, warped.
I take very good care of my cookware and always follow manufacturers directions. My 1st run with this pan on very low heat it seemed to bow up in the middle, the bacon- some cooked some didn't. Eggs slide in to a star pattern or run to the side. I wish I hadn't throw away my old, no-name pan, as bad as it was it was still better.
