I've owned a lot of cookware in my life -- and this is one of the best all purpose pots I've owned. I use it nearly every day. In the past, I made the mistake of putting my nonstick cookware in the dishwasher, but never again! The dishwasher is way too hard on good cookware like this. I am going back for more of this brand, because I like that it's eco-friendly, the green is a great color, and the food just slides right out. The other day I accidentally scorched some milk in my pot, but the clean up was a breeze, took all of 5 minutes. I hand wash this green baby every night, let it air dry, and it's like brand new. Also, the glass lid is heavy, perfect for all of your cooking needs. Today I am going back for a smaller saucepan. More colors would be super, too! Do not hesitate with this purchase, I've owned cookware that was WAY more expensive than this. Five stars!!!

Although I was attracted to the eco-friendly aspect, I must admit that the color sealed the deal for me. I have only owned the pot for a couple of weeks, but particularly enjoy the heat-proof handles on the pot and the lid. It hardly needs washing, everything pours out so cleanly.

I was really excited when I got this item in the mail; finally a big enough stockpot for the two of us in the condo! I really loved the smooth grippy handles and that it came with it's own lid. And that vibrant green color is amazing.
Here comes the BUT... I noticed the first time I used the pot, it wasn't standing evenly on my glass-ceramic stove. I didn't think much of it and figured I could settle; I don't care too much if my food gets heated evenly. But after I did the daily wipe-down of the stove, I noticed there were scratch marks on the glass-ceramic. All of my other pots and pans have a flat even bottom, whereas this pot has small ridges on its bottom. I didn't really check when I unwrapped the packaging, nor did it say what kind of bottom it would have in its description. Because it was uneven and because of those ridges, I have scratched my stove. Now I think the only use I can get out of this is as a 8-quart fridge food storage, which for two people, would basically never happen.
If you have a ceramic-glass stove, don't buy this!! It doesn't say in it's description that it DOESN'T have a flat bottom.
